Buying Amazon out on an item I sell. Issue?

Amazon jumped on an item I sell. They are currently buy box and it's an currently an add on listing for Amazon. They only have ~10 left but they aren't selling. My offer isn't selling either and it used to sell well. I believe their stock is inventory from another sellers lost or disposed of items and they don't intend to fully stock



Do you folks see any problem with buying Amazon out in item I sell?
